We follow the globally recognized 4Cs Mental Toughness Framework by AQR International, using the following assessment tools:

  • MTQ48 – A powerful measure of Mental Toughness that explores “how we think” and handles stress, pressure, and challenges. This assessment provides insights into an athlete’s ability to manage setbacks, maintain focus, and perform under pressure.
  • MTQPlus – An enhanced version of the MTQ48, offering deeper analysis into the 4Cs of Mental Toughness: Control, Commitment, Challenge, and Confidence. It includes additional metrics for a comprehensive understanding of mental strength and areas for growth.

Both assessments are normative, comparing results to a global norm group to reliably measure change and progress over time.
